Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions and answers about Fireball
Getting Started
What is Fireball?
Fireball is the go-to complementary game client, parallel meta-game and autobattler for Gigaverse — helping you save precious time, focus on strategy, and engage in this parallel ecosystem.
Is Fireball free to use?
You can try Fireball free for 5 days by claiming the Scroll of Noob from the Quests page. After that, you'll need to be under the effects of Giga-Juice and purchase Sparks to continue.
How do I get started?
- Create an account at gigaverse.io
- Sign in to Fireball with the same Abstract wallet
- Claim the Scroll of Noob for your 5-day free trial
- Get Giga-Juiced
- Purchase Sparks after the trial ends
See the full Getting Started guide for details.
Sparks
What are Sparks?
Sparks are Fireball's credit system. Every automated action — dungeon runs, fishing sessions, services, and hints — consumes Sparks. They're purchased with ETH on the Sparks page.
Are Sparks a token?
No. Sparks are not, and never will be, a cryptocurrency token. They are credits within the Fireball platform.
How many Sparks do I need?
Use the cost calculator on the Sparks page — select your game type (Dungeon or Fishing) and time range (Day, Week, Month) to get a personalized estimate based on your energy and ROMs.
What's the 30-day limit?
Each account can purchase a maximum of 20,000 Sparks per 30-day rolling period. This is enforced by the smart contract.
Account & Access
What is the message I'm signing to login?
The message is the same one Gigaverse requires. It allows Fireball to make in-game moves on your behalf. It does NOT grant access to your wallet funds or allow any blockchain transactions.
Can I use multiple accounts?
Yes. If you have multiple Gigaverse accounts under one wallet, use the account switcher in the dashboard sidebar to swap between them.
What is Giga-Juice?
Giga-Juice is an effect in Gigaverse that's required to access Fireball's full features. You can check your Giga-Juice status and expiration in the Fireball sidebar.
What are the Scrolls?
- Scroll of Noob — 5-day free trial for dungeon and fishing runs
- Scroll of Fire — Permanent free access to games and all Services (Fish Seller, ROM Claimer, Loot Collector, Hatchery)
Using Fireball
Do I need to keep my browser open?
No. Fireball runs everything on its servers. You can close your browser, turn off your PC, and come back later to check results.
What agent AI model should I use for dungeons?
Fireball's dungeon agent AI has three presets:
- Defensive — Safer, prioritizes survival
- Balanced — Good default for most situations
- Offensive — Faster but riskier
Start with Balanced and adjust based on your win rate.
What's the difference between Agent and Manual fishing?
- Agent — Fireball's agent AI plays automatically. Supports batch sessions.
- Manual — You play each card yourself. Limited to 1 session, but you get agent AI hints with confidence levels.
What are Services?
Services are background automations that run on a schedule:
- Fish Seller — Sells fish for seaweed
- ROM Claimer — Claims ROM resources at 90% capacity
- Loot Collector — Breaks pots and chests
- Hatchery — Maintains egg hatching conditions
See the full Services guide.
Can I install Fireball as an app?
Yes — Fireball is a Progressive Web App. Install it from your browser for quick access and push notifications where supported. See Installing the App.
